Casa Cozumar is a new house with a private pool near the center / downtown, but not touristic. In direct neighbourhood you have lots of restaurants, groceries or whatever you need. Within a footwalk of max. 10 minutes you are in the center (plaza), at the ferry, at the ocean…
The pool can be warmed up in the winter time. Please be aware that this is not a hot tub.
The house has a Living room with kitchen, a separate bed room with a king size bed, a bathroom and a terrace with a pool.
The kitchen is provided with everything you need for cooking.
The living and bed room are equipped with silent climate friendly inverter technology ACs.
No fights in the night for space, pillows, blanket or linen. It is a King Size bed and each has 2 pillows and own blanket!
The living- and also the bedroom has a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video. In both rooms you will find a Amazon Echo Show 5.
Fast WIFI (250 MBit) is included.
