To keep the reservation 20% of total price has to be paid in advance (for stays >= 28 days: 20% of the first month). (Paypal possible)
The rest can be paid via Wire Transfer at least 7 days prior to Check In or in cash at check in.
Cancellation policy:
Mid and long term bookings (> 14 days) :
Full refund 28 days prior to arrival except of 150 USD cancellation fee.
After that, the prepayment will not be refunded.
Short term bookings (<=14 days) :
Full refund 14 days prior to arrival except of 100 USD cancellation fee.
Full refund 14 days prior to arrival except of 100 USD cancellation fee.
After that, the prepayment will not be refunded.

Glass near the pool. Please use the plastic bowls (provided) instead.
No open flames (e.g. non electrical candles or incense) may be used in the house.
No glitter or confetti
When using the AC all windows and doors must be closed in that room.
When leaving the house all ACs must be turned off.
